Yes. Cleanouts include sorting and dump runs. If there's a lot of volume or anything that needs special disposal, I'll flag the extra cost in the quote up front.
Small jobs can often be fit in within the week. Bigger build-outs and renovations depend on the current schedule — ask and I'll tell you straight.
